Applications:
Applications must be made on the form provided and will be received by mail only. Acceptance of each application is at the discretion of the Food Committee. Food booth fee, electricity fee, and deposit fee is set by the Food Committee. Space is limited, so please return your application promptly.

To avoid duplication among food vendors, the Food Committee may omit some items from your list. Deviation from items as listed on your application could result in the closing of your booth.

Booth Setup and Operation:
Food booth setup times are Friday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday 6:00-8:00 a.m. Do not bring vehicles into the area before 6:00 p.m.

All vendors must enter festival through Vendor Check-in. Packets will be sent to you prior to festival with space assignments and additional instructions. You must provide all furnishings and tools to set up. No motor homes, RVs, or similar-sized vehicles are allowed in the festival area. No vehicles are allowed to stay in the festival area during festival hours. Booths are open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. There are activities beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday followed by a concert in the park beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Clean-up:
A clean-up deposit of $50 will be added to all food vendors. Please provide a separate check which is refundable if area is cleaned; goods moved out one hour after close on Sunday, and grease is removed. Dumpsters are located nearby for removal of food.

Beverages and Ice:

Ice is available in 22-pound bags at a price of $7(approx.) It is your responsibility to get ice from the truck. You are welcome to use the dolly, provided you return it immediately. We will collect money on Sunday, so please keep track of the ice you use.

Security and Insurance:
The Duluth Fall Festival will provide security Friday and Saturday nights; however, we will not guarantee against loss or damage of any kind. The exhibitor understands that neither the Duluth Fall Festival nor the City of Duluth maintains insurance covering the exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the Duluth Fall Festival, the City of Duluth, and its employees against claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibit space.

Interpretation and Violation:
Any points not covered above or elsewhere are subject to settlement by the management. Any violation of these rules and regulations by any exhibitor may void the agreement for booth space, and such exhibitor could forfeit all moneys which have been paid. Duluth Fall Festival reserves the right to terminate the agreement for booth space. Written notice by Duluth Fall Festival to terminate the agreement for booth space is not required.
